To design a book that analyses and takes typographic inspiration from a specific colour: in this case the colour I chose was ginger (the hair colour).

Seeing Red's type illustrations mimic hair textures and diverse genetic identities of red-haired people from the profiles of ginger sperm and egg donors (images by Marina Rosso). The book takes type inspiration from interview transcripts and collections of documentation, with interventions of strands of typographic hair.
